Complete before launch: Final warranty duration and service territory must be confirmed in the reseller agreement and company jurisdiction.
Before requesting service
Check the manual, calibration procedure, power source, accessories and version compatibility. Then email [email protected] with serial number, order number, photos or video and an exact description of the behaviour.
Coverage boundaries
Measuring pens, gel, acids, batteries and wear parts are consumables unless defective on delivery. Misuse, unauthorised repair, modification, impact, liquid damage and non-compliant storage may fall outside warranty coverage.
